About Role

We’re seeking qualified candidates to join our growing digital media team as a Digital Media Specialist.  This position will primarily be focused on managing paid search marketing campaigns but will also be managing buys across all other digital media channels and must be open to learning these areas as well – Including programmatic display, mobile, paid social, video/audio, native advertising & email marketing.


  • Management and monitoring of paid search accounts – Including (but not limited to) monitoring keyword bids, applying negative keywords where needed, daily and monthly budget pacing, A/B testing ad copy & landing pages, and monitoring key account metrics in order to maintain and improve campaign KPI performance
  • Assist with initial campaign planning and strategy development for cross-channel digital media campaigns
  • Work with team across all facets of display media buying – Including buy execution, ad serving/trafficking, and data analysis & campaign optimization
  • Proactively work both with teammates and independently to learn fundamentals of programmatic buying and gain familiarity with the RTB landscape
  • Maintain relationships with third party media vendor partners & representatives
  • Assist with implementation of all needed on-site tracking for campaign measurement
  • Keep up to date with digital media trends and technologies
  • Work with team to reconcile monthly media expenditures and ensure pacing aligns with planned budget



  • 1-2 years experience working with paid search platforms and/or managing paid display or social media campaigns
  • Experience managing digital media campaigns independently
  • Data driven/analytical focus
  • Detail oriented
  • Willingness to learn new concepts in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Haves

  • Experience working in Bing Ads
  • Familiarity with programmatic buying as a concept
