Social Media & Content Specialist

SUMMARY

This person will provide strategic social media and content development. The ideal candidate will have experience both writing content for social media and SEO and also managing social media accounts including posting, monitoring and responding.

This position will report to the Director of Social Media & Content Development. Collaborates with other social and content team members, account executives, Decode leadership team, media team, graphic design team and web development team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create monthly social media editorial calendars
  • Write monthly SEO articles with emphasis on healthcare
  • Create custom social media posts for each social media platform
  • Publish to all social media platforms daily
  • Monitor and respond to page engagements
  • Review monthly reports and make optimizations for growth and engagement
  • Write Facebook ads and upload them to Facebook Power Editor
  • Manage effectiveness of Facebook ads and optimize audience targeting
  • Write website content including landing pages, service pages, etc. with emphasis on healthcare

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, content development, social media marketing, or related job. Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, communications or related field.
